I have a 2006 GL1800 Honda Goldwing and as I make a left turn the bike feels as if it is slipping or there is a pull to the left. Today as I was riding straight the handle bars jerked to the left twice. I checked the tires, nothing out of place there. I have no idea. Help

Hello Daniel,

I would check the alignment of the front forks and also how balanced the front wheel is. Also, make sure there is no extra weight on the left side of the bike, like a heavy stereo or some aftermarket part.

How did you first noticed? Did it just happen all of the sudden? Did you just buy the bike used or are you the original owner?

Good luck!

This is a brand new bike. I bought it off the show room floor. I am also a new rider so I am not that familiar with bike mechanics yet but I will be. I noticed the pulling of the bike always as I was turning left. I thought it was a low tire so I checked and the rear tire was about 11 pounds low. I thought that would fix the problem but the other day I was riding and the bars jerked to the left hard.

If it is a brand new bike then use the warranty and have the dealer fix it or get you a new one.
