ABATE of South Dakota A Brotherhood for Awareness, Training and Education is a group of riders committed to serving the motorcycling public with the following objectives: Act as a watchdog to warn members against adverse motorcycle legislation and to promote favorable legislation for motorcyclists at local, state and federal levels, improve road conditions and make roads safer for motorcyclists, prevent accidents through rider awareness and education, discourage motorcycle thefts, and promote political involvement of motorcyclists.
